Working With Us (Substantial completion)

When the project nears the end we will walk through it with you and create a "punch list" of final items to be completed. If after the punch list is worked through some small things are left incomplete (back ordered items, delays in a subcontractor's schedule) a portion of the last payment may be "held back" until the last detail is complete.
