Working With Us (The contract)

At this phase a detailed contract will be drawn up going over every part of the project. The final pricing scheme may involve a lump sum bid, a time and materials proposal, or a design-build agreement. There will usually be a down payment involved in the pricing. The contract will provide clear responsibilities for each part of the project and will form the backbone upon which the entire project will proceed.
